Please be aware we have a suggested minimum $25-$50 gas surcharge for pick up’s outside of our service area. This gas surcharge is also tax deductible and will be included in addition to the tax deduction for your donations. The reason for the gas surcharge is that we give away 80% or more of our donations for free. Your pick up will not be considered until photos of your donations are emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org in addition to this form. Your pick up is not scheduled until a staff member confirms your pick up date and time. If your donations are ripped, torn or heavily stained we have the right to refuse collection. Please be advised the driver has the final say on all items. If you want to add donations after this form is completed please email photos of new additions and we will add them to your pick up ticket. A tax receipt is issued by the driver only after donations have been collected. If you would rather drop off your donations to avoid a gas surcharge you may visit this page for more information including hours and locations. For your convince, immediately after submitting this form you will receive an email requesting your donation image you may attach your images and reply to our email directly.
